Please note that not all bookings are eligible for flexible refunds. The applicable refund policy is clearly stated on the tour or hotel description page before booking, and it is also included in your booking confirmation email.

Processing Time

If you cancel a booking that qualifies for a refund, we will initiate the refund to your credit card within 5 banking days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
