GoSrilankanow, registered in Sri Lanka under VAT No. [GoSriLankaNow], owns and operates the website “GoSriLankaNow.com” [the Website] as an Online Travel Agent (OTA). Our purpose is to assist those who access the website [Users] in searching, discovering, and booking adventure activities, safaris, cultural tours, excursions, hotel stays, eco-lodges, cruises, rental cars, and flights [collectively, Products]. We also offer pre-packaged flexible itineraries and fixed travel packages [collectively, Packages] to and within Sri Lanka and its surrounding regions.
GoSriLankaNow provides the Service in collaboration with independent suppliers and third-party affiliate partners [henceforth “We”/”Us”/“Our”], who are individually responsible for delivering the different Products and Packages. Users ] may access the Website to make use of the Service in agreement with the general Terms and Conditions of the Website.
1.0 The Agreement
1.1 Parties to the Agreement
In the Service, the respective Products and Packages are provided by independent third-party companies [Providers] over which GoSriLankaNow has no direct control and in which GoSriLankaNow holds no ownership stake. You understand that the parties involved may vary depending on the Product in question.
You make payment on the GoSriLankaNow.com Website, and We remain a party to Your agreement. If You wish to cancel, rebook, amend, change, or inquire about any booking, You may do so directly on GoSriLankaNow.com or by contacting GoSriLankaNow customer service at help@gosrilankanow.com or by phone at 0788907689.
1.2 Acceptance of the Agreement
By using the Website, You accept this Agreement and are subject to the Terms and Conditions specified herein. We advise You to read the Agreement carefully to ensure that You fully understand Your legal rights and the limitations on these rights.
1.3 Updates to the Agreement
We reserve the right to update this Agreement and will make reasonable efforts to inform You of changes to the Terms and Conditions through one or more of the following methods:

1.4 Terms and Conditions of Providers
The Terms and Conditions of Providers may apply in addition to those stated in this Agreement. If applicable, these will be made available to You by the Provider after booking.
By making a booking on the Website, You agree to both the Terms and Conditions of the individual Provider and the Terms and Conditions of GoSriLankaNow. In the event of a conflict between the Terms and Conditions of a Provider and GoSriLankaNow, the Terms and Conditions of GoSriLankaNow shall prevail, subject to applicable law.
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement, without modifications, amendments, exclusions, or adaptations of any kind, except as required by applicable law.
2.0 The Website
2.1 Proprietary Content
All Intellectual Property Rights, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, software development, and other proprietary materials [Content], belong solely to GoSriLankaNow, and You shall have no rights in or to the Content.
The ownership of the Content, as well as all conceptual materials, infrastructure, architecture, and structure used to provide the Service, shall remain exclusively with GoSriLankaNow. The Website is the exclusive property of GoSriLankaNow.
2.2 Terms of Use for the Website
You are granted access to the Website for private and non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
Alter, copy, download, distribute, sell, or resell any Content.

3.2 Availability and Price Quotes
All information on the Website is general and non-binding until a booking is confirmed.
A booking is only confirmed when You receive a booking confirmation via email or another communication method deemed appropriate by GoSriLankaNow.
Availability and pricing are subject to change until confirmation.
3.3 Prices
Unless otherwise stated:
Prices are per person and based on local provider rates converted to the displayed currency.
Prices may change until the booking is confirmed.
Some Products may require a minimum number of participants.
Prices exclude additional costs such as local taxes, fees, insurance, tips, and other exclusions stated in the Product description.
3.4 Accuracy and Suitability of Information
We strive for accuracy, but information on the Website may contain errors. Therefore, GoSriLankaNow:
Cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information.
Reserves the right to correct pricing errors on pending reservations and contact You for a resolution.
Is not responsible for inaccuracies in Product descriptions, images, itineraries, departure times, or availability.
Our liability is limited to the amount You paid for the Product in question.
3.5 The Provider’s Responsibility
GoSriLankaNow acts as an intermediary between You and third-party Providers, forwarding bookings to the relevant Provider.
Providers are responsible for:
Delivering the booked Products as per the terms specified.
Ensuring compliance with local regulations, insurance, permits, and safety standards.
While GoSriLankaNow carefully selects reliable Providers, we do not guarantee or take responsibility for any harm, damages, or service failures caused by third-party Providers.
3.6 Booking Confirmation
GoSriLankaNow will issue a written booking confirmation upon successful booking.
You must present the original booking confirmation and a valid photo ID to redeem the Product.
A digital copy (on a smartphone or laptop) is acceptable.
GoSriLankaNow is not liable for any lost or misplaced booking confirmations.
3.7 Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be redeemed where indicated on the Website.
They are personal, non-refundable, and valid for 12 months from the issue date.
Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.
If the certificate’s value exceeds the booking price, the balance remains available until expiration.
Fraudulent gift certificates will be canceled and reported to authorities.
4.0 Our Liability
4.1 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and not to hold GoSriLankaNow.com, its providers, sub-contractors, agents, distribution partners, employees, officers, owners, or other affiliates liable for the correctness, completeness, reliability, and/or suitability of any information obtained on the Website, or for any consequences of any kind caused in full or in part by acting upon the information obtained on the Website.
5.0 Your Liability
5.1 Truthfulness / Booking
By completing a booking on the Website, You warrant that You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into the Agreement, to utilize the Service, and to complete a binding booking for Yourself and/or on behalf of anyone else for whom You perform the booking. You acknowledge our Privacy Policy and our practices therein.
You agree to provide correct data at the time of booking (age, height, number of people, etc.) and acknowledge that the consequence of providing untruthful data may lead to additional charges or cancellation of the booking.
5.2 Complaints and Disagreements
While We strive to provide You with the best possible experience, We recognize that complaints and disagreements may arise. In such situations, You agree to first provide Us with an opportunity to resolve the situation before making any cancellation, amendments, or changes of any sort, and before issuing any sort of claim for compensation.
You agree to contact GoSriLankaNow.com customer service as soon as possible and latest 24 hours after an incident has taken place. Alternatively, You may contact the Provider and resolve the issue on the spot, after which You are obliged to inform GoSriLankaNow.com customer service about any further need for assistance as soon as possible, and latest 24 hours after the incident took place.
